Good start. I like the synth part at :58 and the distorted guitar at 1:05. I also like the descending synth sound after the word "Down" at 1:40- very clever word painting. You are running into rythm trouble after that though. Righ around the 2 minute mark, your drums and bass don't match the rhythm of the lyrics. Please adjust one of them.
