kanye west- Love Lockdown Remix

this is my love lockdown remix. i had trouble thinking of what i should put in the chorus and verse of the song. so i listened to the original for awhile are realized that it needed "spice" so i added drum and synth loops and altered the intro to speed it up. the ending was very plain so i added a fpc and synth to jazz it up. the main synth was a sine wave with a low pass filter. hope you like it.

  2. I think the intro is a little long, but once it gets started, I like the scratch, DJ style treatment you gave vocal.
Good job on the synth addition. The chords match the vocal going from C# to F#. Good use of the pedal point C# in the synth as it works with the bass stem.
The percussion you added could use some reverb, and you may want to consider removing the hand clap part when the busy drum stem comes in.
    Top notch work Ryder.

  3. At first I was totally dissapointed with this, but them plugged in my nice headphones instead of hearing it through cruddy computer speakers... Anyways, I really like the synths and all that. I dont really know which are from the original song and which are from you, but whatever. Nothing seems out of place so whatever parts are original must be good. I know the original seemed pretty empty to me, expecially since Im not big on vocals. This song seems to focus too much on vocals, but you added to it nicely. I think the ending works, but could be better considering the rest of the remix. And I dont like when people put clapping at the end of a song. It should end in either epic silence or leave you thinking. Clapping just erases what i just heard from mind, but whatever. Good job.
