here is my nightclub city song. i was inspired to make an original piece and after many classes heres what i came up with.

this is the first version of my wk remix. still in editing.

kanye west- Love Lockdown Remix

this is my love lockdown remix. i had trouble thinking of what i should put in the chorus and verse of the song. so i listened to the original for awhile are realized that it needed "spice" so i added drum and synth loops and altered the intro to speed it up. the ending was very plain so i added a fpc and synth to jazz it up. the main synth was a sine wave with a low pass filter. hope you like it.

here is my ringtone, this is one of many that i have made over the semester. it is a hip-hop flavored 15 second loop.

Project 7 is here

i finally finished project 7. i used a low pass filter and chorus on five for my first synth used in Section A and the intro. the second synth in section B is a high pass filter w/ the chorus on four. as i described in my previous updates i have had trouble with my bass sound. i searched for awhile but realized i personally like the original. the drums were fooled with for awhile beacuse i didnt know if i should use riff machine or to create somehting of my own. so doing the sensible thing a did both made my own and used riff machine, i think they really balance each other out. i used the deep sounding bass for my riffs but brought it up 2 octaves to balance. i really tried to make everythign work as best as it could and not just use cool sounding riffs and melt them together. hope you like my loop.

today i worked on my bass sounds and got really frustrated with how it all sounded. so i am planning on re-doing my bass next class. other than that i love my loop. cant wait to share!
